My Guru, My inspiration...

Dear All,

Below message comes directly from Harishji. We are sure this will leave a lump in your throat. He talks about his relationship with his Guru Late Shri Rajan Kinagi.

Late Shri Rajan Kinagi

The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates. The great teacher inspires.”

Who knows it better than me… who feels it better than me…

The quote above is my way of saying what my guru Late Shri Rajan Kinagi was to me. The dream of being a top notch DOP began with him who believed in me, who tugged me, pushed me and lead me to the next plateau and made what I am today.

The journey began with him being a support system. I failed, I struggled n I fumbled at times but he invigorated me, inspired me and made me realize that the sun shall shine and the dusk shall only pave way to a new morning…

I moved along and so did he with my side… I walked along and so did he and this expedition lead to new discoveries for me as a human being…

He left for heavenly abode a few years back but what he left behind is a legacy, a hope and above all a trait of selflessness and benevolence.

Rajanji, thank you for all the wonderful memories and it is your “Aashirwad” that keeps me going…  I conclude this tribute with the lines that best described my guru Late Shri Rajan Kinagi…

After numerous requests from some of you, we are posting the details of Marathi  tele films on which Harishji is currently working on as a DOP. The details of the said projects are as under:

1. Name of the film: Aamchya Babanchya Lagnala Yachne Haan ( means You are cordially invited for our Dad's wedding)

The said film is being produced by Ms. Smita Talwalkar under the banner of Asmita Chitra. The film is  directed by Mr. Hemant Deodhar . The film was aired on Star Pravah on 22nd September 2013.

2. Name of the film: Loveria 143

The said film is being produced by Ms. Priti Sinha under the banner of Reel Life Entertainment. The film is   being directed by Mr. Hemant Deodhar and will aired on 13th October 2013 on Star Pravah.

Himesh Reshammiya to compose & Irshad Kamil to pen the lyrics for Rajshri's next...

Dear All,

Here comes the biggest news of the month... After much speculations and buzz, finally Sooraj R Barjatya has roped in Himesh Reshammiya to compose the music for his upcoming film starring Salman Khan.

Irshad Kamil will pen the lyrics for the film which goes on floor in June next year. The film is slated for a Diwali 2015 release.

As for Harishji, he is extremely tied up with back to back meetings with Sooraj Barjatya and the production team and is working on the minutest of details to make this film look grander.

We know Diwali 2015 is a long away but it will be worth waiting.

We had been waiting for this for almost 3 years now and here it comes with a bang. Sooraj Barjatya finally announces his next venture with Salman Khan in the lead. The film will go on floors in June 2014 and will hit the silver screen midst the lights and festivities of Diwali 2015.
